Terms of Service

Welcome to MovePartnerPro. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MovePartnerPro's websites, software, portals, tools, and related services.

By creating an account, starting a trial, accessing a portal, or using MovePartnerPro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What MovePartnerPro Provides

MovePartnerPro is a software platform that helps moving companies create, manage, and operate referral partner programs. The platform may include tools for branded referral portals, partner invitations, referral submissions, referral status tracking, payout tracking, email notifications, partner engagement, and related administrative features.

MovePartnerPro provides software. MovePartnerPro does not provide moving services, brokerage services, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or financial advice.

2. Accounts and Authorized Users

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Moving company owners and administrators are responsible for managing their company settings, referral partners, referral program details, payout terms, and user access.

Referral partners are responsible for submitting accurate referral information and using the platform appropriately.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, or use MovePartnerPro for unlawful purposes.

3. Free Trials and Subscriptions

MovePartnerPro may offer a free trial. Unless otherwise stated, the trial lasts 7 days.

A valid payment method may be required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription.

Current pricing and plan details are shown during checkout or inside your billing page. MovePartnerPro may update pricing, plan names, or features over time.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support at support@movepartnerpro.com.

If you cancel during the free trial before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

If you cancel a paid subscription, you may continue to have access through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds

MovePartnerPro does not provide refunds for partial months, unused time, or failure to use the service.

If there is a billing error, duplicate charge, or unusual circumstance, contact support@movepartnerpro.com and we will review the issue in good faith.

6. Referral Programs and Payouts

MovePartnerPro provides software for tracking referral activity and payout eligibility. Each moving company is solely responsible for its own referral program terms, payout decisions, tax obligations, and payments to referral partners.

MovePartnerPro does not guarantee that a referral partner will receive payment from a moving company. MovePartnerPro is not responsible for disputes between moving companies and referral partners regarding referral eligibility, payout amounts, payout timing, tax reporting, or program rules.

Moving companies should ensure their referral programs comply with applicable laws, industry rules, professional licensing requirements, real estate regulations, tax obligations, and any other rules that apply to their business or referral partners.

7. Customer Data and Content

You retain ownership of the business data, referral information, logos, branding, text, and other content you submit to MovePartnerPro.

You grant MovePartnerPro permission to process, store, display, and transmit that data as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit any personal information, client information, partner information, logos, or business data entered into the platform.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We work to keep MovePartnerPro available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that affect availability.

10. Third-Party Services

MovePartnerPro may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and other software providers.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MovePartnerPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

MovePartnerPro's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to MovePartnerPro in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to MovePartnerPro if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, misuse the platform, create risk for other users, or use the service unlawfully.

We may also suspend access if required for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or operational reasons.

13. Data After Cancellation or Termination

After cancellation or termination, we may retain account, referral, billing, and related data for a reasonable period unless deletion is requested, subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, backup, security, and operational requirements.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of MovePartnerPro after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
