Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, free trials, and refunds work for MovePartnerPro.
1. Free Trial
MovePartnerPro may offer a 7-day free trial.
A valid payment method may be required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription.
2. Canceling During the Free Trial
You may cancel during the free trial to avoid being charged.
If you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will not convert to a paid subscription.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
MovePartnerPro subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated during checkout or in your billing settings.
You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support.
4. Access After Cancellation
If you cancel a paid subscription, you may continue to have access through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Canceling does not automatically delete your account data.
5. Refunds
MovePartnerPro does not provide refunds for partial months, unused time, or failure to use the service.
If you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, or unusual circumstance, contact support@movepartnerpro.com and we will review the issue in good faith.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, MovePartnerPro may show billing notices, retry billing through the payment processor, and/or limit account access after a grace period.
We do not delete account data simply because a payment fails.
7. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, we may retain account, referral, billing, and related data for a reasonable period unless deletion is requested, subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, backup, security, and operational requirements.
8. How to Cancel
Customers can cancel through the billing portal if available, or by contacting: support@movepartnerpro.com
Please include the company name and account email associated with the subscription.
